When does my "time" start?
Your time begins at the first pickup and ends at the last drop off.
Can I extend my limousine service?
Yes, in most cases you can extend your limo service as long as your vehicle is available. Upon confirmation, you will be notified of the additional hourly rate. If you choose to extend your service, the additional hours will either be charged to your credit card number on file or a cash payment will be required on site.
Who do I contact if my plans change before my service?
You can call our office line 740-633-6693 Monday – Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, Eastern Time. After hours our office line is transferred to a cell phone that is continuously monitored. If you reach our message system, please leave a message, and your call will be promptly returned.
How soon do I need to confirm my limousine service?
As soon as you decide on your transportation need. Limos are on a first come first served basis. We require a $200 deposit on all limousine services. This is a non-refundable and non-transferable down payment.
What types of payment do you accept?
Cash, check and all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
When does my service need to be paid in full?
We require that your limousine balance be paid in full two weeks prior to the date of the event.
Is the gratuity included in the price?
Gratuity is not included in all packages. We recommend a 15% gratuity.
Can I come see the limousines in person?
Yes, our office hours are Monday – Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, Eastern Time. If you would like to schedule an evening or weekend appointment, please call the office at 740-633-6693.
What is in the limousine?
Although each of our limousines do vary in amenities, the standard amenities are televisions, ice chests, stereo, privacy partitions and leather seating.
What is the largest passenger capacity?
Our Ford Excursion limo and our Party Buses can both hold up to 20 passengers
